Andy Puddicombe's keynotes are a product of his time studying mindlessness and meditation in Tibet.
Puddicombe began his quest at only 22 by leaving England to travel the world. He eventually landed in the Himalayas. After spending some time in a Tibetan monastery, he became a fully ordained monk. After 10 years away from England, Puddicombe returned as the UK's only clinically registered meditation consultant. He returned with a mission to spread the importance of meditation and teach people some of his techniques.
Since then, Puddicombe has compiled a prestigious list of clients including government cabinet ministers, Premiership soccer players and Olympic athletes. He is regarded as a meditation expert and has been tapped by media outlets like the New York Times, The Guardian and The Times.
