Dries Buytaert earned his PhD in computer science and engineering from Ghent University, and a Licentiate Computer Science from the University of Antwerp. He is the founder of Drupal, which is an open source social publishing company, and is the co-founder and chief technology officer of Acquia. In 2008, Dries was chosen as the MIT TR 35 Young Innovator and Young Entrepreneurs of Tech by BusinessWeek. Currently, Dries is working with Mollom, and helps companies through Drupal.
