Giglio has been working with American Express since 1982, and is responsible for Human Resource partnerships including Executive Talent Planning, International Human Resources and Global Employee Relation, to name a few. Before her career began, Giglio was a dancer in an Israeli Dance Troupe, which incorporated movement to work with autistic children.
Giglio graduated from Columbia University with an MA in Educational Psychology, and a BA in Industrial Psychology from New York University. She and her husband currently relocated back to New York City.
