Jim Carrol's keynotes tackle well known but often poorly understood concepts like innovation and trends. While most people can identify a company as innovative, few understand why and how such companies are. Carrol's expertise in these issues is why he has been sought after as a speaker and consultant by such clients as the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Burger King, Ernst & Young and Northrop Grumman, just to name a few.

Carrol is an alumni of the University of Toronto Rotman Business School Directors Education Program, and has put this education to good use.
