Paul Kemp-Robertson is the Editorial Director of Contagious Communications, who has given keynotes and speeches on alternatives to traditional currency. Kemp-Robertson co-founded Contagious Communications with Gee Thomson back in 2004. Previously, he had the title of Worldwide Director of Creative Resources at Leo Burnett Chicago, as well as retaining an editorial position at Shots.net.
Kemp-Robertson believes that as technology keeps advancing, paper currency becomes more and more outdated. He has publicly talked about other forms of currency, from product exchange to synthetic currencies. He suspects that over the next few years consumers will notice an increase in the number of companies creating alternatives to traditional currency, offering customers an interesting new way to pay for products.
