Steven S. Rogers

The Steven S. Rogers talks on the power of the pivot also explain the necessity of women entrepreneurs. The speaker is also a senior lecturer of business administration and general management at Harvard Business School. Previously, he taught at the MBA program at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, winning their Outstanding Professor Award 26 times. He also taught as a part of their Executive Management program in the United States, Toronto and Hong Kong. He is the recipient of several other awards, including the Bicentennial Award for Distinguished Achievement by Williams College and being named Ebony Magazine's top 150 influential people in America in 2009.

Prior to teaching, the entrepreneur owned and operated two manufacturing companies and one retail firm. Before that, he worked at Bain and Company Consulting firms, Cummins Engine Company and UNC Ventures.
