Razeghi has a BA in international business from Bradley University and an MBA from Loyola University. He then moved to the Kellog School of Management to lecture about marketing, in keeping to his extensive business education and experience.

Razeghi is currently the director of StrategyLab, while also consulting for other companies, clients include GE, PepsiCo and The New York Times. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Wright Centers of Innovation at the National Academy of Sciences in Washington, DC.
