The keynotes by Andy Burnett explore the effects of one's environment on their ability to work creatively. He currently serves as the Managing Director at Knowinnovation Ltd, a company dedicated to creative large networks of creative minds to inspire others around the world.

Burnett earned his BSc in Management Science at Loughborough University and a MSC in Creativity and Change Management at State University of New York College at Buffalo. Upon graduating, he began his creative career working as a Research Fellow at the Cranfield School of Management, where he taught students and developed the institutions online learning curriculum. He joined the Knowinnovation team in 2001 and has been there ever since.
