Bill Clinton's keynote career began shortly after he left Washington where he served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2011. Developing an interest in public service at an early age, Clinton would study Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford University before attending Yale Law School. Shortly after graduating, he became heavily immersed in American politics, serving as the Governor of Arkansas for ten years before competing in the presidential primaries in 1988 and winning the presidency in 1993.
After Bill left office in 2001, he founded William J. Clinton Foundation, which is focused on improving global health, developing sustainable economies, implementing strong leadership and upholding human rights. Working in collaboration with a variety of NGOs, governments and world leaders, Bill Clinton's foundation is dedicated to creating positive impacts in both the developed and developing world.
Clinton has also authored several books, documenting his personal life as well as his humanitarian efforts. Having been named 'Man of the Year' by Time in 1993 as well as one of eighteen on Gallup's List of Widely Admired People of the 20th century, Clinton is a household name in politics, philanthropy and education.
