Previous to this position, Mui was a managing and chief innovation officer at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants.

Mui currently gives lectures around the globe on how to strategize, innovate and compete in the cutthroat business world. With regards to his education, Mui holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT.

Mui co-authored several books that discuss much of the material he is renowned for lecturing about including the acclaimed bestseller 'Unleashing the Killer App: Digital Strategies for Market Dominance' and 'Billion-Dollar Lessons: What You Can Learn from the Most Inexcusable Business Failures of the Last 25 Years. On top of this, Mui's work was published in 'Harvard Business Review,' 'Technology Review' and he is currently a contributing writer at Forbes.com.
