In drawing from his own experiences, the Jeff Swartz presentations offer ways to make sure employees' well being is taken care of.
Swartz received a bachelor's degree in comparative literature in 1982 from Brown University. He then received an MBA from Dartmouth in 1984, before joining Timberland, a company that has been in the family for three generations, in 1986. Swartz worked in virtually every department of the company, priming for his eventual promotion to President and CEO in 1998. He is currently still in this position.
The Jeff Swartz presentations explain the importance of happy and healthy employees to sustain the forward momentum of a good company.
