Jihyun Ryou is a designer, artist and attended the Design Academy Eindhoven. Jihyun became interested in starting this project through her research in the world's situation of food preservation. Her design looks to re-evaluate the traditional ways of oral knowledge of food, and re-connects food with human beings.
