Pinker is a psychology professor at Harvard University where he specializes in evolutionary and computational subjects. As a Montreal native he studied at McGill University, graduating in 1976 with a B.A. in psychology. He continued his education at Harvard University, eventually obtaining his PhD in experimental psychology.
