Sylvia is currently the founder, president and CEO of the Center for Talent Innovation which is a not-for-profit think-tank meant to attract, retain and accelerate new groups of talent. She is a Kennedy Scholar and graduated from Girton College before earning a Ph.D. in economics from the University of London.
