He is the co-author (along with Maurice Schweitzer) of 'Friend and Foe: When to Cooperate, When to Compete and How to Succeed at Both.' He has also published almost 200 scientific articles.
He has previous experience teaching at David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
