Bill George earned his BSIE from Georgia Tech, and his MBA from Harvard University. He is the former chairman and CEO of Medtronic, and he was a senior executive with Honeywell and Litton industries. He was the director of ExxonMobil, Goldman Sachs, the Mayo Clinic, and on the board of Novartis and the target Corporation. Currently, he is a professor of management practice at Harvard Business School, and he is the author of four books.

Bill George has made numerous appearances over the years on the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fortune and the Harvard Business Review. The keynotes by Bill George identify the need to remove barriers in the office, and bringing in small actions to unite people in all areas of the office.
