The revival of Research in Motion's hardware and BlackBerry brand is often the topic of Don Lindsay's speeches. Lindsay currently works for RIM as the Vice President of User Experience. His work on the BlackBerry 10 marks an important turning point for the company.

Prior to joining the RIM team, Lindsay was employed by Microsoft since 2003, and before that he worked for RIM's rival Apple. There he managed the first four releases of its Mac OS X software. At Microsoft, Lindsay played a huge role in the development and completion of its Vista version.
