The Grant McCracken speeches focus on the importance of incorporating corporate culture into corporate strategy. McCraken is an anthropologist; he holds a PhD from the University of Chicago, and studied business and American culture for the past twenty-five years.

He started the Institute of Contemporary Culture at the Royal Ontario Museum, which was the first exhibit on youth cultures. Due to his vast expertise and knowledge he has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and worked for big name corporations such as NIKE, Sesame Street and Kimberly Clark.

Grant also taught at the Harvard Business School, the University of Cambridge and MIT. This thriving anthropologist is also the author of several books, including Plenitude, Flock and Flow, Chief Culture Officer and most recently, Culturematic, a book that was published with the Harvard Business Review Press.
