John Graham-Cumming is a British programmer and writer who earned a degree in mathematics and computation, and a doctor of philosophy in computer security at the University of Oxford. He is the writer for the open source POPFile email filtering program, and the co-founder of Electric Cloud. He has invented six United States patents, and his online blog was named on of the 'Top 30 Science Blogs' in 2010 by The Times. Currently, he is working on his organization Plan 28, which is creating Charles Babbage's analytical engine.
