As the CEO and President of Ford Motors Co., Fields spends much of his time developing new car designs and campaigns that will revolutionize the driver experience. Before stepping into the role as CEO, Fields worked at Ford Argentina as the company's youngest manager, at Mazda Motors and at Ford's luxe auto division entitled Premier Automotive Group.
Fields studied at Rutgers University where he received his B.A in economics. He then went on to study his Masters in Business Administration at the prestigious Harvard University. At Ford Motors Co., Fields has worked on campaigns such as 'The Way Forward' that looks into creating crossover vehicles, scaling down on production costs and tuning into consumer demands.
