Tom Stewart is the author of two books. They're entitled 'Intellectual Capital: The New Wealth of Organizations,' and 'The Wealth of Knowledge: Intellectual Capital and the 21st Century Organization.'

He believes that companies should work to reduce their carbon footprints and contributions to global warming in order to continue thriving in a carbon-constrained world.
